Sustainability Governance
We prioritize sustainable development governance and have established the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee. The Board Chair leads this committee and shares responsibility for decision-making and oversight of ESG initiatives. This includes planning and setting ESG strategies and objectives, reviewing and approving significant ESG matters, and managing ESG risks. As the primary person accountable for sustainability management, the Board Chair ensures that Risen Energy develops an effective sustainability management and risk monitoring system, and allocates the necessary resources to implement sustainability principles and policies effectively.
