Distributed Photovoltaic Power Plant Business Model - EPC Model
-
Distributed EPC Model
Risen Energy is responsible for the overall design, equipment procurement, engineering construction, and commissioning of photovoltaic power plant projects, as well as for the quality, safety, cost, and progress of the contracted projects, and finally hands over the entire system to the owner for operation. Sources of revenue: savings on self-use electricity fees + grid electricity fees + government subsidies (subject to policy changes)
-
BIPV-EPC Collaboration Model
The owner invests, and Risen Energy acts as the general contractor to complete the construction (or replacement) of tiles on newly built or old rusty roofs, and install photovoltaic power plants, enjoying all the benefits.
-
Distributed EPC+F Model
Based on the EPC business model, the F (Finance) financing service is introduced, with a variety of financing cooperation plans to meet the demand. Deep cooperation with multiple banks and other financial institutions to provide financing for projects. New energy projects can use the central bank's carbon reduction support tools to effectively reduce financing costs.
-
User-side Energy Storage EPC Model
Suitable for high-energy-consuming enterprises with large peak-valley differences to invest and construct. The enterprise can enjoy the energy-saving benefits of the project alone, and customize multi-stage charging and discharging plans according to the enterprise's electricity consumption situation. Sources of revenue: peak-valley price difference + savings in capacity fees + government subsidies (subject to policy changes)
